We never start chargeable work without your approval. This is how it works.

1. Inspection. We check the phone and find the fault.
2. Estimate. We tell you the repair, the part and the price.
3. Your decision. You approve or decline the estimate.
4. Repair. Work starts only after you approve. If you decline, we return your phone.
