SHIPPING TERMS & INSTRUCTIONS – Shree Krishna Mobile

1 Please contact Shree Krishna Mobile and obtain confirmation before shipping your device.

2 Pack the device securely using suitable protective packaging.

3 Remove the SIM card, memory card, and personal accessories unless specifically requested.

4 Back up important data before sending the device. Do not include passwords or PINs in the package.

5 The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6 After receiving the device, we will inspect it and provide a repair estimate for customer approval.

7 No additional chargeable repair work will be performed without customer approval. When you rejected the minimum charge will applicable

8 Return shipping charges and arrangements will be communicated before dispatch.

9 Please retain the courier receipt and tracking number until the device is returned.

All customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
